Refund Policy

Billing

All paid ShipKit subscriptions (Pro at $9/mo and Business at $29/mo) are billed on a monthly cycle. Your subscription automatically renews each month until cancelled.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free tier.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. Because you can cancel at any time and continue using your plan through the end of the billing period, all charges are considered final. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Free Tier

The Free tier requires no payment information and has no billing. You can use the Free tier indefinitely at no cost.

If you experience a billing error, unauthorized charge, or have questions about your invoice, please contact us at support@getshipkit.dev. We review billing issues on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to resolve any problems.
