1. Service Description

ShipKit ("the Service"), operated by Caelum Enterprises ("we", "us", "our"), is a platform that generates production-ready landing pages from public GitHub repositories using AI. By accessing or using getshipkit.dev, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Account Terms

To use ShipKit, you must authenticate via GitHub OAuth. By signing in, you:

  • Are at least 13 years of age
  • Authorize us to access your public GitHub profile information
  • Are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • Will not share your account or allow unauthorized access

3. Subscription Tiers

ShipKit offers the following plans:

  • Free — 1 project, subdomain hosting, 1 theme
  • Pro ($9/mo) — 3 projects, custom domains, 5 themes, analytics, priority support
  • Business ($29/mo) — 10 projects, all themes, custom CSS, team access, dedicated support

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ShipKit to:

  • Generate landing pages for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
  • Abuse, overload, or interfere with our API or infrastructure
  • Distribute malware, phishing pages, or deceptive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

5. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of the landing pages generated from your repositories. The generated content is yours to use, modify, and distribute.

Our platform: ShipKit, including its code, design, branding, and AI models, is owned by Caelum Enterprises. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform itself.

6. Limitation of Liability

ShipKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Caelum Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

By you: You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in activity that harms other users or our infrastructure.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
